Organic principles work with nature and avoid the use of chemical pesticides and artificial fertilizers. In this workshop we will explore how these techniques can be used to improve soil health, enhance plant vitality and produce quality crops. This optimises growing conditions, improves quality and deters pests.
We had a wonderful time staying and working in Elaine's beautiful garden. We learned a lot about organic gardening and also about organic cooking, all of which was very interesting. And of course in the summer the out door swimming pool was a bonus!
